Shipping/Handling & Return Policy

Due to COVID -19 we are experiencing longer than normal shipping time frame for shipping and in store pick up. NO REFUNDS WILL BE ISSUED BECAUSE OF SHIPPING DELAYS. Please note that COVID-19 is beyond our control and shipping may be delayed. Please do not order if you need your order immediately. We currently can't have any in and out traffic at our suite building. Pick up orders must be picked up at the front door of the suite building. Please text us before coming.

Please allow 3-6 business days, from when you complete your purchase, for your hair to be delivered. You will receive your tracking number 2-3 business days after you complete your purchase. If you purchase your hair during a big sale, it may take up to 8 business days to receive your hair due to the high volume of orders.

Your tracking number will be emailed to the email address that you provide at checkout. Once you receive your tracking email, please give the post office several hours to update your tracking information in their system.

If you pay with an E-Check (electronic check), your order will begin process after your check has cleared, which can take up to 5 business days depending on your bank.

If your order is returned back to us due to your address being incorrect when you made your purchase, there will be a $20 fee to re-ship your order.

We do not have control over the post office. Once we ship out your order we will provide you with your tracking number. We are not responsible for any mistakes or delays with the postal service. Once you receive your tracking number it is your responsibility to track and keep up with your package.

International orders can take up to 12-16 business days to receive.

Orders may be picked up in store 2-3 business days after you make your purchase.

No refunds. Bundles and frontals/closures can be exchanged. Wigs are final sale.

Because we start processing orders right away, orders can only be canceled within 1 hour after you make your purchase. If you need to cancel your order, you must email us at seductive.bundles@gmail.com or text us at 248-595-1116 with the name of the order within 1 hour of your purchase.

For in-store purchases, refunds will not be issued after the hair leaves the store. You may do an exchange within 24 hours of your in-store purchase if the hair is in its original state with labels and tags still attached. Wigs are final sale.
